Reviewed sellers
Every seller verifies their email and submits an application that our team reviews before they can publish services. Identity checks are part of that review.
Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, open a dispute. Our team starts reviewing within 24 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 48 hours.
Data security
All traffic to BirdGigs is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, passwords are stored only as one-way bcrypt hashes, and card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
